Salvatore A. Simeone focuses his practice entirely in Family Law. He has practiced primarily in Morris, Essex, Somerset, Union and Bergen Counties but has also practiced as far south as Monmouth, Ocean and Salem Counties and as far north as Passaic County and its courts since 1994. In a word, Mr. Simeone has a statewide practice. In fact, he has also litigated cases in Pennsylvania (Bucks County) and Florida (Palm Beach County). Mr. Simeone has handled numerous high conflict divorce and custody cases, custodial parent relocation, domestic violence issues, alimony, child support and complex asset valuations as well as all phases of Equitable Distribution.
Mr. Simeone was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School and Law and he is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial attorney since 2001. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court for the State of New Jersey. Mr. Simeone is a Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the Morris County Bar Association. He has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers every year since 2005 to the present.
Mr. Simeone has attended and completed the American Bar Association Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Houston, Texas and for two consecutive years, he became a teacher at this renowned institute.
Mr. Simeone volunteers his time to the Morris County Battered Women Legal Advocacy Program, where he represents victims of domestic abuse. He has voluntarily lectured and presented seminars on behalf of the Women’s Center at County College of Morris.
Mr. Simeone joined the firm after serving as the Chairman of the Matrimonial Department in the Law Firm of Weiner Law Group, LLP. Prior to that he was the owner of The Simeone Law Group in Morristown, New Jersey (2008-2012), as well as co-founder of Cutler, Simeone, Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark, LLC (2001-2008).
