I was referred to Mr. Haywood Wise by the business lawyer of the company I work for here in Paris. My situation was slightly unusual, in that I was an Australian looking to obtain a carte de sejour to remain in Paris based on a UK Civil Partnership that I entered into less than 3 months ago, with m...y English Partner. Haywood understood the urgency of my case as my current visa was close to expiring, and prepared my case very quickly and efficiently, keeping me up to date via regular telephone and email contact, as well as in person. His research into our rights was extremely thorough and current, even drawing upon a relatively unheard about new EU legislation only recently passed the month before, that made the previous French legislation obsolete in my situation.
