Haywood Martin Wise

I contacted Mr. Wise regarding filing a petition for my French Nationality after having my original (personally done) petition refused. He charged a very fair fee for his services, told me exactly what documents I needed to gather up for him, and provided me a couple of documents to sign. Once I sent... the requested documents to him, he had all of my documents professionally translated into French for me, wrote a rather long and detailed letter/document to accompany my Petition, and had the entire file personally delivered to the court (providing me evidence of delivery). Every time I received correspondence from the French Consulate, I sent a copy to Mr. Wise and he handled whatever needed to be done, requesting any additional documents from me as necessary. When I requested that he send some additional documents I had decided were important months later, he also sent those in for me accompanied by a letter he wrote. All in all, I really didn't have to do anything except for give Mr. Wise the documents he asked of me, and give him correspondence. I received my French Nationality without issue, and am very happy with the experience as a whole.

I am an American living in New York. I needed a work permit in France and I needed one quickly. My potential employer was told that it would take at least three months and even then it was unlikely. I was at risk of losing the job offer I had just received. I found Haywood Wise through a Google ...search. On the phone he was both personable and professional. He asked me a few basic questions, then informed me that I was a good candidate for a European Blue Card. He said it would take us fifteen days to obtain the Blue Card and another two weeks for the long-stay visa. Throughout the application process, he and his colleague guided me and my new employer on all the various documents that would be required and how they could be most effectively presented. He was always available via email or phone to answer questions. I ended up obtaining both the Blue Card and visa in less than four weeks. I am most grateful to Haywood and his team and would recommend them enthusiastically.

I hired Mr. Wise in October 2015 to assist me in overturning a decision from a French consulate abroad (outside of France) regarding my application for a long stay visa. The application was originally denied by the French consulate on grounds that seemed to both me and Mr. Wise as without merit. Mr.... Wise prepared a petition to have the decision reconsidered. The French consulate found the petition persuasive, decided to reconsider their ruling, and in fact reversed their decision. As a result, I now have my long stay visa to live in France. Mr. Wise was excellent to work with. He responds to emails quickly and thoughtfully. He listened to my concerns and incorporated them into his legal strategy. He made an excellent case on my behalf. I would certainly recommend Mr. Wise for any legal matters regarding immigration to France.

Haywood and Shawn were exceptionally efficient, kind and responsive in the process of petitioning for green cards.
