Bryan works with Geico and handles some of their claims. In 2022 my car was “scraped” by another when they tried to merge into my lane of traffic from an exit lane that was coming to an end. The driver and passenger both got out of the vehicle and came to my car windows and shouted expletives at me ...in an aggressive manor. I was a bit concerned for my safety so when the light turned green I continued on the highway hoping the other car wouldn’t follow but they did and proceeded to chase me at a high rate of speed around an apartment complex. I called 911 while while being chased to report this instance of road rage. The perpetrators eventually gave up pursuit and took off. I got their plates and gave it to the policeman who came to take the report. There was minimal damage to my car as well as their car. They hit me. Next thing I know I am being sued by the perpetrator for personal injury. A completely fabricated case. I expected Geico and my lawyer who worked for Geico to defend my case to investigate my case…If they had they Could have gathered proof that this woman was lying. Instead they settled!!! 15,000 they gave this person for lies!!! I wanted my day in court!!! Thanks for nothing Bryan and also Geico. Geico must have feared they could have to pay up to 100,000 from my policy… they should have believed me and had more faith in me. I could have proven this woman was lying….
