He was always accessible, often answering the phone himself and during off hours. He never tired of the many questions I had and always explained the process, forms, steps, etc., clearly and patiently. John answered all of our questions immediately. He went to bat for us when we needed a little support. And he helped push our closing through when it looked like it was going to be rescheduled yet again. We felt like John was truly on our team. Our realtor highly recommended John to us and I highly recommend him now too.

From the contract signing, which was negotiated as much as possible in our favor (and explained to us in detail) to the closing; we knew we were in good hands.
