This is our second time using John in a real estate transaction in Bloomfield, NJ. John was truly a pleasure a work with and went above and beyond for us. He was very responsive and detail oriented. John did a fantastic job in walking us through the answers to any questions we had throughout the proc...ess as well as getting us in touch with an excellent contractor to do last minute work prior to closing. I would highly recommend John to anyone who is buying and/or selling in the Montclair, Glen Ridge, Bloomfield area!

John helped my wife and I through the stressful process of buying a home in Montclair during COVID. With seemingly everyone looking to purchase a home in the area these days, timing was incredibly tight and deadlines were required on short notice. Through it all, John took the time to explain the ent...ire process to us as well as the implications of the various decisions that we needed to quickly make. He was always fast to respond and follow up when needed. When we had an issue come up during the inspection that needed to be addressed, John wrote an amazingly comprehensive and convincing letter that helped us get it taken care of. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, he’s an all-around great guy who was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend John and would definitely work with him again in the future.

His office was very patient in answering our constant questions, and he was an excellent resource in understanding what we could expect throughout the process as well as what was expected of us. John was efficient and effective in helping us close on a new house. He followed up with the sellers' attorney. He was also reachable by phone and email and responded to our queries quickly.
