We were first time home buyers and John came highly recommended to us through our realtor. His service did not disappoint. I wish I could say we had a smooth road to closing, but we had a number of issues that popped up and incredibly difficult sellers. John assured us throughout that we'd get to ...where we wanted to be, and he took the time to discuss our options under a variety of scenarios. He was always prompt and knowledgeable when it came to revising contract language or responding to sellers' correspondence. We often heard from him well outside of business hours - a true testament that he had our best interests in mind and wanted to do everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible for us. Very glad we chose him, I would use him again in a heart beat but I hope we never have to sell the house he helped us make our beautiful new home.

John is an excellent attorney measured by many ways! He represented me as buyer's attorney for purchasing a house in Cliffside Park NJ from November 2016 to February 2017. Unfortunately the deal did not go though because of the mortgage issues. After John found out that he was not going to get paid f...or all the work he has done for this house, he still very proactive on getting my deposit back and spend time on the phone and email with me to make sure i get my deposit back. Most importantly, he has been very patient and professional. He explained my questions very clearly. The combination of his personality, professionalism and knowledge is just perfection! I STRONGLY recommend John!

John and his team were excellent. My wife and I used him for the simultaneous sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. What started out as a simple process quickly became complicated due to seller and buyer issues. John's firm but fair handling of the situation and immediate availability mitig...ated what could have been a messy situation. Would definitely hire him again.
