John is an excellent attorney measured by many ways! He represented me as buyer's attorney for purchasing a house in Cliffside Park NJ from November 2016 to February 2017. Unfortunately the deal did not go though because of the mortgage issues. After John found out that he was not going to get paid f...or all the work he has done for this house, he still very proactive on getting my deposit back and spend time on the phone and email with me to make sure i get my deposit back. Most importantly, he has been very patient and professional. He explained my questions very clearly. The combination of his personality, professionalism and knowledge is just perfection! John represented my wife and I in our purchase of a home in Montclair, NJ. John and his team were terrific! Communication was crisp and timely and John was able to manage several moving parts of the transaction (lender, settlement company, seller's agent/attorney) with seeming ease, even when things ...got a bit tricky at the 11th hour with an issue that arose on the seller's side. Indeed, John's handling of that 11th hour matter potentially saved my family a couple of thousand dollars. He went above and beyond for us and extended courtesies that most attorneys simply wouldn't have. Being a local to Montclair, John also gave us an outstanding overview of Montclair, from the "low down" on the schools to where to park when commuting to Manhattan. John even introduced us to an internet community of Montclarians, so that we would be aware of any happenings around town!

John is great! He understood that as first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and he gladly answered all of my emails in a timely manner. We encountered a hurdle along the way and he did his best to provide the most knowledgeable advice. The seller was not the easiest to work with and John d...id everything to make this an easy transaction. He is friendly and funny but professional; and has excellent communication skills with all parties involved which assures for the entire process to be completed in a timely and accurate manner. We are very thankful for his services and will keep working with him on future transactions.
