John Lubenesky I used him twice and I have no regrets. Over a year ago I purchased a condo in New Jersey And from the very start through the very end on closing day he was excellent. He had great correspondence with the seller, and myself in settling our differences and Getting things resolved... with great efficiency And patience. During Covid 19 I purchased a two family house in New Jersey And again I have no regrets He has performed his job with excellency and patience He leaves no stone unturned. John is an amazing lawyer:). This was my first time purchasing a house with a quick closing turnaround aaannnnddd with some major hard stops and issues with the seller’s attorney. John was calm, cool and collected throughout the whole process, however, pushed appropriately when there were issues on ...the seller’s side. He had my back and best interests throughout the entire process and put up with my frantic/crazy/nervous messages back and forth!!! He’s the best, I got very luck with him and he’ll be my go-to in the future:)

We worked with John on both buying our new home and selling our old home after we moved. He and his team were fantastic on both transactions. We closed both transactions post-COVID. John was extremely knowledgeable on the market, and with his experience and relationships he was able to steer us t...hrough some potentially sticky situations due to the pandemic. His team, especially Liz Shaw, was fantastic in ensuring the process ran smoothly with the counterparties (the seller of my new house, the buyer of my old house, the title companies, my mortgage provider, etc.). During this fast-moving real estate period of high-demand from COVID-19 related NYC defections, we wanted to get "under contract" as soon as possible once we learned we were the highest bidder on a house. John wrote up a contract, went back and forth with me several times re: questions via email, and... then had the contract out the next morning. We appreciated this. He also followed up diligently regarding a surveyor report that ended up showing that our property was slightly larger than we anticipated (a nice bonus). In the inspection and contrast negotiation periods, he advocated very well for us.

We had a great experience purchasing our first home with John as our attorney. His office was very patient in answering our constant questions, and he was an excellent resource in understanding what we could expect throughout the process as well as what was expected of us.
