John helped my husband and I through the steps of buying our first house. The process could have easily been overwhelming but John was always available to answer questions. Whether it was through a call or email he responded to our (many) questions quickly and in a manner which made everything manage...able. Even after we closed on the house John was just as quick and professional on answering questions we still had lingering. We would definitely work with John again!

The best decision my husband and I ever made was to have John as our real estate attorney. From beginning to end he was always there for us. During the closing process somethings became a bit stressful between both us buyers and the sellers. He was super quick to fix the issues and made sure we were ...happy in the end! We very highly recommend John. John represented us when we made an offer on a house 2 days before Thanksgiving. There were several other bidders involved and, the moment our offer was accepted, we needed to get our contract out of Attorney review as quickly as possible. Any delays could have given ot...her bidders an opportunity to outbid us thereby jeopardizing our deal. John immediately understood time was of the essence and was able to get our contract finalized and out of attorney review within 1 (one!) day. Thanks to John, our deal was locked up before other bidders even realized what happened and we had every reason to give lots of thanks the next day (Thanksgiving Day)! We could not have been happier. John also expertly helped us through the remainder of the home buying process from beginning to end. He always responded quickly, gave excellent advice and coordinated with all parties involved so we were able to close right on schedule. We have done quite a few real estate transactions over the years and, of all the attorneys we have worked with, John is the best by far.
