During the majority of my legal career I have worked in the area of employment law, handling a number of landmark court cases, and having argued cases in every state and federal court in my jurisdiction up to the United States Supreme Court.

I also served as a New Jersey Deputy Attorney General and as the Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights--the state anti-discriminination agency.  Subsequently, I was a Hearing Examiner conducting administrative trials and deciding discrimination case for the Division on Civil Rights.  I also served as the County Counsel of Essex County, NJ and as the Assistant Commissioner and the Director of Litigation of the New Jersey Department of the Public Advocate.

I am a member of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section.  I have served as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Civil Practice.  I have been listed as a "Super Lawyer" in that New Jersey publication since 2006 and have been rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory for 35 years.

A++++ couldn't be happier
David is the best attorney that I have ever worked with. My employer was a Fortune 50 company with very deep pockets. I should have been more nervous about having them as a legal adversary than I was but I felt very confident that David would work my case toward the best possible outcome for me and he did just that. If you are lucky enough to have David represent you, just do what he says and let him handle the rest and I have no doubt it will work out well for you.
