Represent primarily employees in all aspects of employment disputes, including negotiation of severance agreements and litigation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, breach of contract, wage and hour and other employment issues.

Assist pharamceutical companies in connection with compliance programs, incuding risk assessment, codes of conducts, interactions with healthcare proviers, anti-curruption policies and procedures, state law and aggregate spend issues, training, monitoring, auditing and investigations.

Mediation of employment and other disputes.

Internal investigations and training, including allegations concerning discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, bribery and kickbacks, fraud, conflicts of interest, embezzelement and other matters.
