Wonderful and smart legal support
I worked with Gina when buying my ex husband out of our house. It was highly contentious, and he and I were at an impasse. I was really on the verge of losing my home because of what he was demanding. Gina took great time and patience with me to make certain I understood my options, her possible acti...

Run away
I hired gina because my ex wife took me back to court for unpaid medical bills that I had no idea even existed. Plus my ex wife moved in with her fiancee and I wanted my alimony to stop.Gina refused to ask court to have the motion put into place. She claims she's an aggressive lawyer but in reality s...
How unfortunate that Nick used this forum to twist facts and state opinions he never voiced during the case. He was happy when I restored his parenting time or went to court for him again and again, long after he stopped paying for my services. As one can see from my mostly 5-star reviews, I deserve compensation for my hard work. If all I cared about was money, I would have fired Nick long before I did. He never responded to over a dozen emails from my office and ignored generous offers for a payment plan.

2 times success!
I used Gina twice and was very happy both times with the results - once when I got divorced and again 9 years later when my ex disputed the proceeds from the sale of our house. Gina is tough but fair, and I've seen her be persuasive when the situation warranted and also really go for the throat when...

My divorce experience with Gina Calogero
After seeking referrals from other attorneys, I was unanimously directed to Gina Calogero. I wanted a "woman's attorney" who would look out for my best interest in what would probably be a very contentious, upsetting divorce. Gina guided me through the legal system with empathy and knowledge and g...
"Gina was my adversary in a pet custody matter. She is a strong advocate who knows the law in and out (having argued one of the only published pet custody cases in the state) and is a strong advocate for her client. Nonetheless, she works with the utmost professionalism and applies a collaborative approach to resolving matters. It was clear that Gina works to protect the best interests of her client and also the pets involved in a dispute. She is a skilled attorney and wonderful colleague."
"Gina is a tough but fair prosecutor. She knows the Law inside and out and uses it to her best advantage. I have recommended Gina for many matters, some involving the legal issues for pet owners as well as for matrimonial issues. Everyone I have referred to Gina has appreciated her services and called me to thank me for sending them to Gina."
"If I ever need an attorney, I will seek representation from Gina Calogero. Gina Calogero has years of litigation expertise and is one of the most effective attorney's I have ever met. She is extremely articulate and has a brilliant legal mind. She is an ardent fighter in all areas of the law that she practices. Gina has a well-earned reputation as a guru of animal law and and has been at the forefront of being an advocate for expanding animal rights. She is both professional and competent. I highly recommend Gina for her skilled, knowledgeable legal services."
"I have known Gina for several years and find her to be a trustworthy adversary. She is knowledgeable and always prepared. Most importantly, she treats clients and adversaries with respect and understands that her job is to fight for her client, not just fight. I welcome entering a case in which Gina is involved because I know everything will be handled with the utmost professionalism."
"I have known Gina Calogero for over 20 years. I have had numerous closings with Ms. Calogero in connection with the purchase and sale of co-op apartments where Ms. Calogero was attorney for the corporation. Every closing with Gina has been seamless. She pays particular attention to detail, is smart, professional and easy to work with. Her staff is also professional and courteous. Ms. Calogero's expertise in animal law and her advocacy on behalf of animal rights is well-known and admired. I am pleased to endorse Gina Calogero."
"Gina is a former chair of the NJ State Bar Association's Animal Law Committee and has handled groundbreaking cases in custody disputes over pets."
