He was very helpful with the second lien holder and accomplished what we had set out to do. However, I found him quite hard to get in touch with, having to call several times before I got a call back and when I had another issue come up I was told to handle it myself. I really felt after letting... the office know my situation for over a week while he was on vacation he could have told me he didn't want to handle the case instead of telling me to go myself to court the night before the hearing. I will not be hiring him again if I need to and wouldn't recommend him to anyone I know because he is not reachable and calls take too long to get returned which caused unnecessary anxiety.
