William C. Walsh

I would NOT recommend having Livingston and Walsh, PLLC (Location: 6650 Commons Drive, Suite A Prince George, VA 23875) represent you for anything. They have no interigerty and will tell you anything just to get your money. I received a ticket in the county of Isle of Wight and received a letter in... the mail from Livingston and Walsh offering to take my case. I spoke with Kimberly Williams and she told me that she could guarantee that if I didn't receive more than five speeding tickets within the last five years she could have my ticket reduce to a less charge. She also said based off my driving record I sent her the judge would most likely drop the ticket. Everything she said was a big lie. I was better off just paying for my ticket upfront and not even hiring William Wash because the business did do anything but take my money. The on top of what I paid William Wash I was sentenced to pay 108.00 and court fines of 65.00. I will never use a law firm to represent me again. This company has put a bad taste in my mouth. If you receive a letter in the mail from William Walsh your best bet is to throw it in the trash and represent yourself.
