I highly recommend Christine Fitzgerald

Christine was so kind and helpful during my divorce. Going through a divorce is such a stressful event, but I always knew I was in good hands with her. Christine helped me navigate my complicated case with skill and compassion.

Professional, strategic and supportive

I am beyond grateful for the guidance and professionalism provided during my very contentious divorce involving three children. My lawyer was patient, strategic, and always kept the best interests of my kids at the forefront. Their expertise and steady support helped me navigate an extremely difficul...t process with confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone facing a complex divorce.

Wonderful divorce lawyer

Christine and Seiden Family Law helped me through an incredibly difficult divorce. She always had my best interests in mind and supported me throughout the process. She is smart, professional, diligent, and she gets the job done. She's the type of lawyer who can guide you through the difficulties ...of the process and make you see the clearer picture when you get mired in the details and the muck. I am thankful I had her on my side.

She's a star

From the moment Christine and Sheryl started working with me I knew I'd be in good hands. I reached out to multiple attorneys before speaking with them, and it was immediately clear that they were just on another level. Christine is attentive, thoughtful, insightful and thorough. She is incredibly ac...cessible and easy to relate to as a person. As my case progressed it became clear that my soon-to-be-ex was not receiving the same level of attention from her own attorney. Christine's unceasing attention to detail led me to receive the best outcome, despite NJ law being unfavorable to some of my circumstances. I enthusiastically recommend her to guide you and advocate for you during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Raised the Bar

I was referred to Christine early into my petition for change in child support and determination of proportionate share of college expenses, due to my original attorney going on maternity leave. My divorce and post judgment petition filings were long, drawn out, stressful and an ongoing battle. Somew...hat a “ War of Attrition” to some degree. "Fitz" as I call her, truly raised the bar on my case. She knew what to ask and how to ask it during arbitration and depositions. She was patient when I was anxious and she sought what was best for my family. Her perspective on many issues came from a much different direction than how I saw things but made much better sense. What I truly appreciated about Fitz's representation was that she was confident not arrogant and she knew the law and used it to our advantage. She presented the facts in a clear concise manner demonstrating the reasonableness, and fairness of my petition proving the adversary’s case imbalanced. She became a friend and a great support. You may not always like what you hear but she will always go to battle for you to protect you and that is exactly what you need.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
