Nabil Nadim Kassem

I hired Nabil Kassem on a very complicated case. There are a few reasons to hire him. He has a long experience and most of it is in court. And it shows. He's good and an imposing presence. That's what you want and need. In addition, he has much support staff that make sure your case is on track. Fina...lly, when you cut thru Him being a smart and aggressive lawyer, he's a good guy and wants to help you. And his fees are reasonable for what you're getting. Don't hesitate hire him!!

Takes forever to respond to anything, if he even bothers to respond, claims he doesn't receive emails when they've been repeatedly sent to him and his staff, blames his staff for his lack of knowledge with the file. Doesn't seem to read anything sent to him or listen to anything anyone says. Thinks... bullying and yelling will make issues go away without actually having to address the issue.

We are paying for his time and knowledge. I have to admit Mr. Kaseem is extremely knowledgeable in his field. But he does not have people skills. I agree 200% with the previous review. Everytime I called to ask what's going on they never answered if i left a message it took forever to get back to m...e. He rushes you off the phone when you actually do get him on the phone. He acts like his doing a favor hence his getting paid for his services. Nothing is free in this world. He also down talked to me like if I was stupid for being charged with what I was being charged for.

Usually by the time you get to a lawyer your thinking has landed you in trouble. Whether in a civil or criminal matter your actions/in actions have caused an issue that you cannot get out of without professional help. Unfortunately, I have faced several of those situations both in business and other... matters. Luckily, I had the benefit of competent legal counsel to guide me to a positive resolution in each and everyone of my cases. While I admit Nabil is an imposing individual who can often be very direct, leaving even highly educated people feeling somewhat foolish, and quite honestly more than a little disturbed, the fact is he provides you with a realistic and honest evaluation of the situation as well as the best course of action available in order to extricate you from the problem you're facing. If you're more concerned with someone pointing out your mistakes and errors which led you to his office then obtaining the best result possible he is not the attorney for you. However, if you can tolerate his direct and no nonsense recitation of the reality that put you in his office, you will find an attorney who actually cares about you and what's in your best interest, even if that is in conflict with his bottom line.
