Best results ever

Usually by the time you get to a lawyer your thinking has landed you in trouble. Whether in a civil or criminal matter your actions/in actions have caused an issue that you cannot get out of without professional help. Unfortunately, I have faced several of those situations both in business and other... matters. Luckily, I had the benefit of competent legal counsel to guide me to a positive resolution in each and everyone of my cases. While I admit Nabil is an imposing individual who can often be very direct, leaving even highly educated people feeling somewhat foolish, and quite honestly more than a little disturbed, the fact is he provides you with a realistic and honest evaluation of the situation as well as the best course of action available in order to extricate you from the problem you're facing. If you're more concerned with someone pointing out your mistakes and errors which led you to his office then obtaining the best result possible he is not the attorney for you. However, if you can tolerate his direct and no nonsense recitation of the reality that put you in his office, you will find an attorney who actually cares about you and what's in your best interest, even if that is in conflict with his bottom line.

Direct and to the point he finds solutions to problems.

At first I was taken aback by Nabil he is an imposing man with a booming no none sense approach. At first this scared me but after I listened to what he was saying not just how he was saying it I found out that he cared for me and not just the money. He spoke directly and honestly and called me out ...on my none sense, which is what I needed. Other lawyers sold me story after story telling me everything I wanted to hear to charge me excessive fees and give me false hope while enabling me to continue my foolish ways. At the end I found everything Mr. Kassem assured me would happen actually happened. However, he fought tooth and nail for me to get a better result than anyone else. He was responsive, available day or night and did the right thing by me. Is he gruff and straightforward yes but it's because he wants the best for his clients even when it conflicts with his best interest. I noticed the last review never acknowledged how his case turned out. Honestly, by the time you're seeing a lawyer your thinking has landed you in trouble. Maybe it's to let him say what he feels to protect you so it doesn't happen again it worked well for everyone I know who saw him. God Bless...

Nastiest, demeaning lawyer I've ever been to

Was recommended to use this lawyer by a friend, I guess I didn't get the same treatment. Any time I requested to come see him to talk about my case, he acted as if he had better things to do. He would answer calls and rush me out. Anything I asked or requested he acted like I was stupid for asking an...d ofcourse he already knew it all. In the end, something I requested him to do and he acted like it was common sense, he didn't do and I had to pay thousands of dollars for. Also, not once did I ever get a call from him to keep me informed. I always had to call him or his office. The women in the office that was assigned to my case never took my calls and I left so many messages with her until weeks after she finally decided to take my call. Same thing with Nabil. He even once told me on the phone that what I had to tell him or ask him didn't matter and refused to listen, just screaming at me. Don't waste your time or money unless you like to be aggravated, ignored and talked down to.
