Tried to be Helpful
I appreciate the reply but needed Civil Rights opinion. He pointed me right in right direction, however, when I logged into messaging it wasn't CLEAR that it was litigation not civil rights straight from initial Ask a question frame.

Brutally honest but also offered me hope
Attorney replied with showing me the worst case scenario but he also put me at ease by making a comment about what often happens with similar situations as mine. I appreciated his brutal honesty.
