We had a ticket given to our son in a complicated road where the speed went from 50->35->25->35->50 within a short distance and obviously not fair. So if you are driving 50 MPH and it becomes 25 MPS, oops you are at fault now. Robert was very helpful in getting the police videos, analyzing them, ...and presenting us with the options that we had. He laid down three options of which we were to choose one. He did suggest an option and that is what we took in the end. But the important thing was that we felt involved in the decision and were consulted before the verdict was given to us. I had inquired with many attorneys and almost everyone told me that I had no option but to plead guilty and settle. Robert was the only attorney who said in his first response that we had a strong case and should not settle and plead guilty without a discovery. And I asked more than 10 lawyers. Go figure that out. Robert is honest, responds back to inquiries, and works for his clients best interest. I would rehire him for any future issues within a heartbeat. Thank you Robert. You were awesome and we appreciate all the help you gave us.

The most rude unprofessional attorney !!! STEALS YOUR MONEY AND RUNS !!!! STAY FAR AWAY !!! After having given him $700 to retain services weeks and months passed with no updates answers or anything to show for the $700 given. Avoids your calls and tells you he will call back but never once did . ...When I finally got him on the phone , He demanded $500 more dollars , and said “pay me or find another attorney “ and hung up the phone! Robert's expertise within my case was prevalent from the first time we met. He always put my needs as a client first and was more than flexible in setting up meetings or answering questions that I had about my case. After paying him 3,000 to have him represent and expunge my records at alpine courts in New Jersey, he simply disappeared after one hearing. I assumed everything was taken care of until I was arrested in New Jersey after a routine traffic stop. Turns out the case was still open and never taken care o...f. After a weekend in jail, I contacted him to discuss what had happened. He apologized, then notified he would return me half the amount as consolation in addition he would expunge my records. He calls me a few hours later and notifies me he would be expunging my records, as it would cost him too much to do so( mind you he already took $3000 of my money for one hearing). After turning nasty and telling me " do you want your money or not?" I agreed to his terms. He informed me it would take up to 30 days for the check to arrive. It has now been over three months with no check. I tried on numerous occasions to contact him to no avail. No return calls, nothing after leaving him numerous voice mails. If I had the time and resources, I would try and get my money back, but knowing the cost and time it would take, I felt this is the only way to get his name out there. What a useless person and even worse an attorney.
