Ms. Prosper's undergraduate degree in International Business Management was earned at Villanova University and her J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo, School of Law. She is a member of the Bars of NJ and NY. She is fluent in Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole. She is also a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association.
