Not Helpful, Not Interested, Not Worth It

I reached out to this law office hoping to speak with the attorney directly about my situation, but unfortunately, I never even got the chance. The process was incredibly frustrating—everything was filtered through a secretary who acted as a go-between with a paralegal. I was asked to explain my situ...ation in detail, only to be put on hold repeatedly while the secretary consulted with the paralegal. Initially, I was told they would check the attorney’s calendar to schedule a meeting. But after another hold, I was informed—through the secretary again—that the paralegal recommended I take a different route. I was never given the opportunity to speak to the paralegal directly, let alone the attorney. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t heard, I wasn’t helped, and it was made clear they didn’t want my business. If you’re looking for legal support from a team that’s actually willing to listen and engage with you directly, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
