I contacted Mark based on an article he published addressing the specific type of problem my company was having, one which is shared by many businesses and for which solutions are hard to find and unreliable. He had written a comprehensive approach to addressing the issue and inviting people, like me..., who came across it and were having similar issues to contact him for help. I did contact him by email, over a weekend, and was surprised to receive a reply to my initial contact within 24 hours, still over the weekend. Mark described several ways he could help me, and within a matter of a couple of days we had finalized the plan to move forward. A well-written letter from Mark to the other party followed soon thereafter, within a few days, and, unbelievably, the matter was completely resolved, to our benefit, within a week or so from there. End-to-end, from my first communication with Mark to the completion of the matter, was around two weeks. And this was dealing with something that had been an issue for us for a couple of years, and which is a major problem for many companies today. To say I am impressed with him would not suffice.
