I've been using David Faloni for over 5 years now for all my legal matters. I can't say enough good things about David and his staff of professionals. His rates are the best around. David takes a great personal interest in each and every person. I have recommended many people to David. He recent...ly handled my house closing. He arrived early to the closing and everything was in perfect order thanks to David and Stephanie his Senior Paralegal. The buyers lawyer had dropped the ball on so many items and David and his team went above and beyond to get things accomplished so I was able to close on time. He stayed for the entire closing unlike the buyers lawyer who said hello and left the closing to her staff to handle. Afterwards David offered to take us to lunch. This firm is a 10+ in my book

David Faloni is a genuine and honest professional. He has helped me with several personal legal issues and business related estate planning cases. There are so many attorneys out there today that are simply not honest and fourth right.. Instead they are motivated by the mighty dollar! I have to s...ay with all honesty that David Faloni junior is a professional attorney cut from a different cloth... He cares about the "person" first and not the opportunity... I would trust and recommend David to any individual or family in deed of honest and sound legal support... If it is not needed, then David would not recommend it for you... In my opinion, the legal profession needs more people like David A Faloni, jr!
