I had a very complicated criminal case which was tied to a divorce and custody case. I was accused of a serious false accusation which was a custody play. I didn't have squeaky clean background compared to my accuser so was in need of a serious and skilled expert in criminal cases, knowing my child...ren's lives were at stake as well. Over the course of 16 months, Attorney Murphy was incredible. Her patience and expertise in information gathering and collaboration with DCF expert, Kathy Bella was unequivocal. Attorney Murphy was able to rightfully get my case dismissed, which other attorneys might have given up, given my past. Her diligence was incredible. I had many opportunities to 'settle' for lesser charges but Attorney Murphy believed me and wanted what was best for me and my children. Caitlin, if you ever read your reviews, please know you saved us! My children are thriving now and are so glad you put everything in place for us to live our lives happily and fruitfully, I am the primary parent and am the proud mom of three really happy and successful in their own rights, children. I am not sure how much you know that your hard work changed my children's lives. This could have hurt the trajectory of my children if the court believed the accusations that you were able to so diligently lay out for the judge in the false accusations. In summary, I am writing this review to help others who might feel lost and not heard. Attorney Murphy will not stop thinking and solving . Her support was also incredibly and helped me to be level headed and not emotional while building the case. Caitlin, you are one of a kind and from the bottom of my heart, thank you for changing and resetting my life. I am forever appreciative.
