Michael L Goldman

A career Connecticut attorney, my practice involves business entities, business and real estate transactions, and lending law. I believe that best part of practicing law is helping clients achieve their business objectives in as efficient manner as possible. I have used the knowledge and experience I gained from larger firms to build a small firm that can handle sophisticated matters efficiently but is not too big or expensive for routine matters or the personal touch that clients deserve.

After graduating magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School as a member of the Order of the Coif (top 10%).  A career Connecticut attorney, my practice involves business entities, business and real estate transactions, and lending law.

I volunteer on various boards and committees, including serving as president of Congregation Rodeph Sholom and being my law school's Class Agent and a member of the Board of the Penn Law Alumni Society.
