Atty. Lebedevitch was professional and courteous at all times. We met at his office and spoke on several occasions. He was able to clearly explain the divorce process to me and was always available by phone or in person if I had any questions. This attorney did not seemed to understand the law for basic traffic violations. I took a deal to plead guilty to a cell phone moving violation under his advice, which he told me would not have a negative effect on my license. I was then awarded a harsher fine and a suspended license because this att...orney did not understand the law governing multiple moving violations. The law was simple and reading it now, I do not understand how he could not construe it properly. Should not have followed his advice, it only led me to get a harsher punishment than I would have gotten without hiring him. He then refused to rectify the situation. I highly advise a more ethical attorney.
