This attorney did not seemed to understand the law for basic traffic violations. I took a deal to plead guilty to a cell phone moving violation under his advice, which he told me would not have a negative effect on my license. I was then awarded a harsher fine and a suspended license because this att...orney did not understand the law governing multiple moving violations. The law was simple and reading it now, I do not understand how he could not construe it properly. Should not have followed his advice, it only led me to get a harsher punishment than I would have gotten without hiring him. He then refused to rectify the situation. I highly advise a more ethical attorney.
