Jon is very professional, knowledgeable attorney who puts the utmost care in his practice. I approached him after realizing I had to get out of a nightmarish marriage. After finally to decide to go through with the divorce, he helped me to navigate an extremely complex and difficult divorce. I honest...ly didn’t know how the situation could be resolved as my ex wanted to keep the house but was unable to because of her extremely poor credit. In addition, there were a number of very unusual circumstances surrounding the marriage that are too and difficult to get into, but this was definitely not a divorce that was going to be easy to get through by any stretch of the imagination. He was able to guide me through these extremely turbulent waters and protect me from a very aggressive ex-spouse who was determined to make things as difficult as possible. He helped me to stay the course and understand all of the nuances of the process in order to get the best result. I honestly thought based on my experience with my ex, I was going to lose way more than I did. Jon was able to get a result that ended up being way more favorable to me than I thought. It wasn’t an easy road, but he got me through it and now I have my freedom balanced with a situation where I could spend quality time with my children. I’m not sure how I kept my sanity throughout the divorce but having Jon to bounce ideas off of and provide no nonsense assessment of the situation, (he doesn’t BS) I was able to set my expectations accordingly. Note, he always made himself available (even when he was off the clock and it was all said and done, he still made himself available for questions). He was also extremely fair and reasonable in his billing.
