I have been practicing law since 1996 and have learned the value of building strong relationships with my clients. I offer my valued clients the skill and experience of a large law firm with the personal attention that a solo practictioner can provide. I work with my clients personally to help determine the course of action best suited to the client's particular situation and desired outcome.

Brian is a really sophisticated lawyer, has great connections and got me the best results. He handled my case with excellent strategy and was super attentive to the particular needs of my issues. Highly, highly recommend!
"I endorse this lawyer. In my dealings with him he has always been open and honest about his intentions and skilled in the execution of his practice. A caring professional who brings the profession honor."
"Attorney Kaschel and my firm share a suite in Fairfield, and I have had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Brian numerous times. He is an intelligent, knowledgeable and diligent attorney. I, and my clients, have consulted with Brian on family and litigation matters and his advice, reliability and responsiveness are second to none. Client feedback is always highly positive, and he is a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Kaschel to anyone needing legal representation, and it is a pleasure to provide this endorsement."
