Biography
James R. Hardy II is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hardy Law Group, LLC.
Prior to finding Hardy Law Group in 2012, Attorney Hardy served the residents of the State of Maryland by working for the State’s Attorney Office for Prince George’s County, MD in the Homicide Division. It was there where he helped strengthen the legal justice system by focusing on internal objectives and policies that led to crime rate deterrence and reduction.
Attorney Hardy proudly served his country for eleven years as a military enlisted member in both the U.S. Army and Air Force. He has performed duty at a variety of different locations and has taken the honor of earning the Army Achievement Medal.
Attorney Hardy now brings his legal experience, high ethics and legal knowledge to Hardy Law Group. He has been praised by clients for being thorough, efficient, proactive, knowledgeable and sensitive to client needs.

Great job
Mr. Hardy was able to work out a deal with the prosecutor which allowed me to be on a conditional discharge instead of probation. Which was a major key in what I wanted him to accomplish. I would recommend mr. Hardy to anyone that’s in some legal trouble.

These consequences are not something that interfere with or reflect on my ability to represent my clients at the highest level”
