“Unfortunately, my office needed to seek outside assistance of counsel in helping a client file an appeal regarding a CP matter. I took the role of assisting this mother of two, who's children were removed from her care by the DOCF. Though doing my best to assist the client in filing the appeal, it was not filed in a timely manner and with that I take sole responsibility. These consequences are not something that interfere with or reflect on my ability to represent my clients at the highest level”
