There are just not enough words to describe how eternally grateful I am to Attorney Hardy. He represented me with the utmost professionalism, sincerity and support. This was my first time working with Attorney James Hardy and was very pleased that he was able to get my criminal domestic case dismissed. He knows the local rule of law well and is a very personable and approachable person to speak with and work with and I feel he will give you his honest legal ...advice and personal opinion on what he feels he will be able to do for you regarding your case and specific circumstances, which is what he did for me and my case. Every time I appeared at court Mr. Hardy had several other clients in addition to myself and from what I saw each of them (including myself) was given very fair and honest legal counsel in a strait-forward but compassionate manner and Mr. Hardy and his advice seemed to be well received all around (again, based on my opinion of what I saw). Let's be honest, if your caught red-handed and the evidence has you dead-to-rights with a file of prior cases that's 6 inches thick, there is probably no lawyer in the world that is going to get your charges dropped or your case dismissed (you know who you are, or at least you should)... However, I feel that Mr. Hardy will advocate for you and your case in the best manner possible regardless of the circumstances involved, and with no judgement on his end (again based on my experience in being represented by Mr. Hardy and his legal group). I believe Mr. Hardy's vast experience which he has amassed throughout his career (and the very large amount of cases and clients he has taken and continues to take on, [which I looked-up while doing my own due-diligence prior to hiring Mr. Hardy]) has allowed him to earn a great deal of respect and good rapport with many and probably most of the prosecutors in this state (Connecticut) and allows him to give a fair and honest legal assessment of what he will be able to do for you in regards to your case and all the behind-the-scenes nuances that surround it. I would definitely hire Mr. Hardy again, but hope he will understand when I say I hope I never have to. Thank you again Mr. Hardy!
