Joanne helped me through a long, dark and stormy ordeal with some particularly unsavory characters. They threw everything they had at her in an attempt to get away with their clear cut and offensive violations of the FDCPA. Once it became clear that no matter how many illegal behaviors, perjuri...ous sworn testimonies and even going so far as to pose thinly veiled threats of causing physical harm, she would not be deterred and they finally slunk away into the darkness from whence they came. Through it all she was a rock and shielded me from the worst of their venom. I would recommend her again and again.
