Each client has unique goals and needs. I keep those as our firm's focus when representing our clients. Our clients are more than just files. They are people with a unique need or a problem who came to us for help. Our firm views our job as providing the best resolution we can for them.
Our firm concentrates in the areas of family law and real estate. My litigation experience includes arbitrating, mediating and trying simple to complex family cases. While I am a firm believer in alternative dispute resolution, there are just some cases that need to be tried to allow me to get the best possible result for a client. Consequently, my family practice includes not only mediating amicable divorces and custody matters, but litigating heavily contested matters which include complex financial or parenting issues. My practice concentrates in the New Haven, Meriden, New Briatin, Middletown, Waterbury and Milford courts.
In addition to my litigation practice, I handle residential and commercial real estate transactions. My real estaet practice includes experience handling small real estae transcations and refinances and resolving complex title disputes. I have experience handling both residential and commercial transactions.
I am also a member of the Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court and the Massachusetts Bar.
I am a firm believer in giving back to the wonderful community I get to practice in. I am an active member of the Wallingford Rotary Club and currently on the Board of Trustees for the Wallingford Foundation. My second life is reffing and playing soccer.

Timid, careless, no accountability, ineffective
He only gets the 1 star because zero is not an option with the app. Greg was unwilling to hear my complaints or voice my concerns. Over an 18 month period, Greg never took the time to understand or even acknowledge the concerns I actually had even though I had been extremely vocal since the very firs...

Best Attorney In The Area
I can't say enough about Greg. When I was looking for an attorney months ago for some legal issues I wasn't happy with the other firms I talked to. Prices were astronomical I felt like I was just money to them and they really couldn't answer any of my concerns. Greg treats you like you are a good fri...

Successful real estate closing
Atty. Greg Allen handled the closings of the sale of my home and the purchase of my condo. He was recommended to me by my real estate agent and I’m so happy I hired him. There was a glitch in the paperwork on the sellers’ side of the condo transaction, but Atty. Allen saw it through and made sure my ...

Excellent Counsel
My experience with Attorney Allen was excellent. From the very moment I sat down with him, he was honest, concise and seemed to actually care about the outcome of my case. Any occurrence during the litigation was thoroughly described and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I would not hesit...
