Jan Trendowski has been a civil trial attorney for over 30 years and has tried over 120 jury cases to verdict. His trials have covered all types of personal injury matters including assaults, auto collisions, premises liability, and medical malpractice. He is licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida. Since joining the Florida Bar, he has expanded his practice to include cases involving defective construction and claims by people against their homeowners insurance carriers. In 2018 he was Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Specialist. In 2021 he was appointed to the Code and rules of Evidence Committee of the State Bar.
Aside from his trial work, Attorney Trendowski has been involved in animal rescue for many years and has been the Legal Director for the National Bikers Against Animal Cruelty since 2009. He resides with his wife and 7 rescue dogs in Ponte Vedra Beach.
