Thomas Michael Sutnik

Several months ago, my wife and I met with Attorney Sutnik for a very lengthy meeting to discuss updating our Trust. The meeting lasted for at least 90 minutes, and there was no fee charged for this initial consultation. We gave Attorney Sutnik our prior Trust documents which he said he would review ...within a few days and get back to us. He quoted a price range which we accepted, and that was the last we heard from him. Perhaps two months passed without a call, so I had my wife contact his office so we could retrieve our documents. We assumed he was not interested in having us as clients. There was no explanation offered as to why he completely ignored us, and no request for additional time. My wife was told our documents would be waiting on the Admin's desk. Needless to say, we are very disappointed and would suggest others look elsewhere for competent legal services.
