Mr Ubaldi worked diligently toward a successful resolution to our case. He is compassionate, soft spoken and easy to talk to. Very trustworthy. It would be helpful if the office communicated with their clients more consistently. For instance, we were working with a paralegal who must have left, beca...use our emails suddenly weren’t answered- we didn’t hear anything until we finally called.
