Attorney Ubaldi was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. He graduated from the University of Hartford, magna cum laude, with a B.A. degree in history and English in 1988. He received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1996. He has over twenty five years of experience successfully handling injury and accident cases of all types. No stranger to the cortroom, he has completed over thirty five jury trials,and argued cases before the Connecticut Appellate Court and Connecticut Supreme Court. Throughout his career, he has represented clients injured in car accidents, falls, dog attacks, and truck accidents. He has slso represented clients injured by medical malpractice and defective products.
