1. Did not lay out any price schedule. I asked him at least 3 times to send me a bill, after I saw him for the first time. He did not, and after waiting 3 months he sent me a nearly $2,000.00 bill. 2. He was my mothers attorney, who is in memory care now, and there was a conflict of interest here,... he shouldn't have charged me at all, and told me so, or just charged me for the only visit to him. 3. I let him know the health of my mother, not knowing I was was going to be charged, for the phone calls. 4 He gave me very little info, that I didn't already know.
