I love Attorney Owen Eagen, I had a great experience. Unfortunately not so much with the staff. I had mistakenly lost a check that the office had given me during a closing. The check was part of the closing. On May 25th I went directly to the office and the front desk lady came to the screen and ma...de me feel line a second class citizen. Than told me to walk to the side of the door while she open the door to talk with me. I understand covid and I work in a public place but again felt like a second class citizen. I understand everyone is careful. All I wanted was prompt service. If I had a closing I might have been treated better, I sent several emails and only one was returned. Not very nice. I work in banking and as a Branch Manager my customer whether right or wrong we always do our best to treat them with world class service. I am very disappointed, As much as I felt Attorney Eagen is professional and did a nice job on my closing. I feel his staff could have treated me a bit nicer.
