Eagan & Donohue is a general practice law firm located in West Hartford, Connecticut with a depth of experience to meet your legal needs involving personal injury, estate planning, probate, real estate, business law and other areas.
I focus my practice on Probate Law and Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Matters and Corporate Law as well as State and Federal Civil Litigation and other areas.
I am admitted to the Connecticut bar and to the federal district court of Connecticut.
I am a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
I currently serve as the Chairman of the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission.
I have previously worked as a Law Clerk to U.S. Administrative Law Judge G. Marvin Bober in Washington, D.C., and as a Law Clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge F. Owen Eagan.
I was born in West Hartford, CT, where I grew up and returned to raise my family, and I currently live there with my wife. My education has included Northwest Catholic HIgh School, Wesleyan University, and the Georgetown University Law Center.
