Diligent, Experienced and Communicative CT Atty

Mr. Colson was hired to pursue eviction of a tenant for hoarding and maintaining unsanitary condition of premises. I met with him and had extensive phone conversations and emails during the process. He obtained a court order for eviction leading to the tenant's departure, although she had an atty als...o. He then assisted me in preparing the unit for sale, prepared the contract and closing documents. Always readily available to me over the months, Mr. Colson knew the best options. He even handled the closing without my presence (I live out of state).

One of the best I dealt with

Attorney Colson is simply one of the best that I have dealt with. He doesn't sugar coat things and give you unrealistic expectations. Even though it was clear that he was busy, he responded to very voicemail or email within 24 hours. He made dealing with workmens comp seems easier than it should be b...ecause he is always fighting for his clients, and doesn't just accept a no, especially if he sees and feels it's necessary for his clients well being! If your looking for someone to fight for you and not back down then he's your man! Loved working with him!

Professional, knowledgeable, and above all, trustworthy...

I have retained Mark Colson several times, on a variety of matters -- and I have also recommended him to colleagues and friends who have asked for a referral. Mark is very knowledgeable, and has always conducted himself professionally (with other attorneys, in court and so forth). Mark also possesse...s a healthy dose of humility, which is relatively rare for really good attorneys. He is willing to refer you to someone else if he believes you will be better served by another attorney. He is thorough, responsive -- and above all, trustworthy.

Top Notch!

I have had the good fortune to have worked with Mark on a host of issues over the years, ranging from tenant disputes to real estate, and I have been satisfied with the outcome at every occasion. He is thorough, and very knowledgeable. Mark is an attorney that truly provides a comprehensive analysis... to every situation, laying out options, and then skillfully counseling through scenarios. I felt very confortable with his guidance and would highly recommend him.

Attorney Mark Colson showed great interest in my case. He took his time to go over all the details with me and answered my questions. He made me feel comfortable throughout the court appearances and entire process. I'm happy I hired him!
