Bradley J Capon

Bradley J. Capon is an associate attorney with the firm.  Attorney Capon’s practice focuses on tort, product liability and construction litigation.  He has represented individuals and corporate clients, including major product manufacturers and distributors, in a variety of civil litigation matters ranging from premises liability and defective design cases to personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Attorney Capon serves the Greater Hartford community by volunteering with the Connecticut Volunteer Attorney Program giving advice to people facing foreclosure and the threat of losing their homes.  He has also served on the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association Membership Committee.  Additionally, Attorney Capon is an active member of the Central Connecticut Association of Football Officials and the Eastern Collegiate Football Officials Association.

Prior to joining Kenny, O’Keefe & Usseglio, Attorney Capon represented banks, lenders and other creditors in wide variety of commercial matters.  Before entering private practice, Attorney Capon served as a Connecticut Superior Court Clerk for the Honorable Edward J. Dolan and the Honorable Cynthia Swienton.
