I hired the Allaire Elder Law team to help with the complicated Title 19 application as well as the probate court filings for my father. From the first consultation to the final filings they have been very professional, caring and easy to work with. The filings can be rather complex and it is comfort...ing to have a team behind you that fully understands the process and cares about all parties involved. I highly recommend them.

Very poor job. Overall poor knowledge of the probate process, which very much surprised me as this is supposed to be his expertise. His staff seemed to do most of his legal work, which may have resulted in the very poor representation I received. He did not like me questioning his approach to thin...gs, but it's a good thing I did because I found a number of errors which he and his staff made. If you must use him, be sure to to keep him on a very short leash and ask a lot of questions along the way.
