After receiving my first speeding ticket in over 20 years (a significant one, received while overtaking on a two-lane road), I contacted Attorney Chadwick for advice. I was charged with speeding 55 in a 30 zone, It was just after leaving a restricted speed zone where there was construction and all traffic was going 10-15 mph which was in the center of Wallingford, then we exited the restricted area and the road opened up with no residences or buildings on either s...ide and I picked up speed and was pullled over just in front of a 40mph sign. They said I was doing 55 mph, could not have been more than 40 mph. I have a clean driving record going back 40 yrs. went to Vermont to enjoy the foliage not to speed. So grateful for finding this VT attorney!! I was visiting VT for the first time from NY and got caught in a speed trap (FYI - when pulled over in VT, just say, "yes sir", "no sir" and hire someone to dispute it for you).
