Understanding and knowledgeable

Kristine took so much time and effort to get it right on my case. She was level headed about decisions and was knowledgeable about what the law really reads. She was able to guide me through my post divorce child legal matters. She was always available and had a wealth of experience to back her state...ments that ultimately gave me the outcome I was hoping for in my family matter. She met me and other where they were at and worked to come up with reasonable solutions that hadn't been attainable prior to her. She Is absolutely worth retaining and you wont be disappointed with her efforts to help you resolve your legal matters .

Incompetent, inexperienced, contradictory, and intimidating

I called this office and negotiated the price, they were did agree to represent me through though court appointment. This is the only positive thing that I can say about them. After I was officially assigned them by the court, I was awarded a Mr. Thomas Richard. This man had practically no experie...nce (graduated in 2015 from some no-name Law School). I had my doubts but decided to give him the opportunity to show its expertise. It was quite disappointing. The guy simply did not know and had to look up several laws and procedures in his phone. I posed a number of substantive questions that my lawyers in the past (have had a total of 10 ever) always knew the answer to but this man just stared at me with a blank expression in his eyes. He even acted like I was being difficult and tried constantly to get me to accept a plea deal so it wouldnt go to trial. I question his motives on this, most likely he just wanted to add something nice to his beginning resume, and the plea deal would have been more favorable to him than me. He was not really nice when I rejected the plea offer, I felt sometimes like I was talking to the DA and not my own attorney. He was aggressive and intimidating. He later denied even trying to get me to accept this offer. He did not know the answer to a lot of my questions so wrote them down on a notepad , so he could later find the answer. During a conversation with him, he contradicted nhimself again and again - kept changing his answer to a particular question. His reports and case analyses are unclear, based on assumptions and illogical conclusions. Half of the report contains a summary of the facts, the rest are quotations of laws that he found online and the inferences are not logical, linear, and quite refutable. During one of the hearings in the trial he met behind closed doors with the judge (outside of my presence) to plead our case. When he returned he told me that the judge was not convinced, and had rejected his arguments. He had therefore substantially lost, although he later stubbornly insisted that someone can not lose a dispositional Conference. I tried switching to Kristine Hanley, at first it seemed that she would agree to this move, but she apparantly bailed out a little later and denied ever wanting to work on my case, Thomas Richard was my lawyer and would continue to be that she said if I wanted continue with the practice. Kristine was downright rude, interrupted me, and refused to substantively discuss my case. Thomas Richard became angry, jumped in between (it was a three way call) and interuppted me repeatedly and thereby raised his voice. Totally unprofessional and probably intended to mask his legal ignorance or errors. Wasted time and effort. If there is any second positive point is that they cooperated to withdraw from the case, so I could get a new lawyer.

The best!!

If you want someone who cares for you and will help you win your case, Kristine is the one. Kristine was so helpful for my oui case and she got it dismissed for me and all I had to do was community service and pay a fine and be good for a whole year which wasn't hard. She cares for your well being an...d you can talk to her about anything, and I mean anything. She is always there for you, very funny, and very smart. She has worked for the District attorney office so she knows everyone. I would refer her to anybody, she is excellent and same with Allison. Allison was always there to answer all my questions if Kristine was in court that day and she knows a lot as well. I'm very pleased to know them both and I really hope if anyone needs help to contact Kristine and Allison because they're number one. :)
