Biography
I approach my clients with compassion for the cards they have been dealt by life. Anyone can find himself in financial difficulties these days. I have over three decades of experience in representing people and small businesses in financial distress. Because I have a broad experience encompassing bankruptcy, debt settlement, and foreclosure defense, I can guide you through the complexities of your rights and options, arriving at the most effective course of action for your particular circumstances. I have extensive experience in Chapter 13, in which you can have up to 5 years to cure a mortgage default, while also working for a loan modification.
