Auto accident

I was involved in an auto accident. It was very stressful. Having been hit by someone running a red light and totaling my new car and injuring myself. A friend of mine referred me to Attorney Gottesman. After my first consult with Attorney Gottesman and meeting his secretary my stress and worries were put as ease. My family and I knew we had found the right Attorney to take our case. Attorney Gottesman and his stall were always professional, kind and caring. Whenever I called the office most times Attorney Gottesman would answer the phone himself, which as we know these days when we call a business and all we get is voice mail or push this button etc. I was very impressed. I didn't worry and most days never thought about this horrible mess. After months of hard work Attorney Gottesman won our case. It's reassuring to know we have someone like Attorney Gottesman to assist people in our community. We always had the utmost trust in Attorney Gottesman and his secretary.

Attorney David Gottesman has been practicing law since 1973. He founded the Nashua-based firm Gottesman & Hollis, P.A. with attorney Morgan A Hollis in 1978 and is currently the head of Litigation. He has been obtaining money damages for injured victims and advocating for their rights since he began in the practice of law. In addition to his contributions to the legal community, Gottesman also served as a New Hampshire State Senator for District 12, which covered a portion of Nashua, along with Hollis, Brookline and Mason, from 2004-2008. He was well known for his willingness to fight for the interests of his constituents.

Highly recommend

David Gottesman recently represented me in a personal injury case. He and his secretary were always available whenever I had any questions. David made this process less stressful than trying to handle it all myself during the difficult time. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend!

I was referred to David Gottesman after some negative experiences with another local lawyer and I am truly grateful. What a change! I can't say enough about the continuos communication between myself, David, and his assistant, Lynn. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. David and Lynn were always professional and courteous; it was obvious they care about the person and not just the client. I highly recommend David Gottesman.

Pleased with the settlement

We were recommended to Mr. Gottesman as a trustworthy lawyer. For a year and a half, we worked with Dave and his staff in regards to a rear end collision with an uninsured mortorist. David used his expertise to guide us in the right direction so that when it came tome for the arbitration, we were well prepared. David did not back down and fought for us all the way. We were very pleased.

Very Pleased

Mr. Gottesman has handled two cases for me over the last 8yrs and both times dealt with me in a very courteous manner. Any time I had a question about my case he was always there with an answer or got back to me immediately with one. Mr. Gottesman, and his staff are very professional and both of my case were settled in a quick and timely period. I highly recommend him.
