First off let me say that my first ever experience (not this one!) with lawyers was terrible. I had to all but pin down my lawyer onto a wall to get answers from him about updates on my case, etc.... From the moment I walked into Mike Bottaro's office I could tell it was going to be different. He fou...ght for me and hard. Him and his team treat you like family! Mike demonstrated that effectiveness, when an initial offer was presented, and can only be described as "to low", and encouraged me to reject that offer, and to make a counter one for me. As preparations continued, and interrogatories were taken, another offer was made. Mike indicated that this was a better offer, and should be considered, but his intuative sense indicated a counter offer would bring better results, if stated carefully.
